Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $19.00 USD per order
  • Processing Time: 0–1 business days
  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 business days total

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $7.00 USD per order
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days total

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Braselle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
